The Saturday markets at Náplavka are a phenomenon. They’ve become something of a tradition. Wandering around the small space bordered by stalls and filled with people. We meet. We look at each other, talk to each other, and listen to each other. Sometimes it’s just a few moments, and sometimes the encounter lasts longer. Coffee in a cup, the smell of roasted meat and fresh pastries. Togetherness. At least for a moment.

Sobotní trhy na Náplavce jsou fenomém. Tak trochu už tradice. Toulání se malým prostorem ohraničeným stánky a zaplněný lidmi. Potkáváme se. Díváme se jeden an druhého, hovoříme spolu a posloucháme se. Někdy jen pár okamžiků a někdy se setkání protáhne. Káva v kelímku, vůně pečeného masa a čerstvého pečiva. Pospolitost. Aspoň na chvíli.
